Chicken Inasal is a grilled chicken dish and one of the well known Ilonggo dishes. It is done by marinating chicken parts in a unique blend of spices and grilling them until done. Sounds like a simple grilled chicken recipe, isn’t it? Well, it might sound like one; however, the special marinade and basting sauce makes this Ilonggo version of the grilled chicken extra special.
Mang Inasal is the Philippines’ fastest growing fast food chain with more than 180 branches located in most of the major urban centers of the country. In 2003, Mang Inasal opened its first branch in Robinsons Place Iloilo. It is targeting to opened more than 300 stores by 2012.
