Guaranfood Wasabi Dressing

Guaranfood Wasabi Dressing is a semisolid emulsion composed primarily of vegetable edible oil, eggs and vinegar. It contains an assortment of seasoning and spices. It has a strong, biting taste. It is usually used as dips for Japanese foods like sashimi and in various types of sea foods. Available in 250ml bottle.

Guaranfood Manufacturing was estab- lished in 1988 in Region IV A, with minimal capital investment and manpower support. Its product then was only the Hawaiian ham, and its office and factory were housed in a small lot within the family residence.

In 1989, the company shifted to the production of condiments and the Hawaiian ham became a seasonal product during the Christmas season. With a growing demand for its quality products, the company shifted from a backyard-type of enterprise to a fully commercialized food processing business. In 1995, Guaranfood transferred to its current location and started producing various types of dressings. This served as the catalyst in the growth of GFM.
